- Obtain two-year conditional permanent residence after I-485 approval or entry with an EB-5 visa.
- Request removal of the condition by filing Form I-829 during the 90 days immediately before the second anniversary of conditional status.
Gold Card application
- Apply through trumpcard.gov and pay the nonrefundable $15,000 processing fee per person.
- After payment is completed, open your my.uscis.gov account following the invitation received by email.
- File I-140G only through the USCIS online account and attach documents showing that the sources of funds are lawful.
- USCIS conducts a background check; after approval and once a visa number is available, complete the procedures at a U.S. mission abroad.
- Once the other requirements are complete, make the donation according to the Department of Commerce's instructions and upload proof of transfer to your USCIS account.
