Determine the report and organization
- Find out which type of report the institution you are applying to requires and which organization it recommends or approves.
- Prepare your diploma or graduation certificate, transcript, any required master's and doctoral documents, and teaching certificate or professional license.
- Find out whether the organization requires original and official documents and who must send the documents and how they must be sent.
- Find out whether your documents require an apostille; apostille procedures can be completed at the governor's office, district governor's office, or courthouse.
- If the organization requires translations for documents in Turkish, learn the translation requirements from the organization and include one.
- Apply to the organization and pay the fee; check who will send the report because some institutions do not accept reports sent by the applicant.
- Review the report; if there is an error, use the evaluation organization's appeals process.
