Conditions set by Rangnick for Milan are on the agenda
According to the Italian press, Ralf Rangnick requested some authorities regarding the technical area and squad structuring if he takes charge at Milan.
According to a report in the Italian press, Ralf Rangnick conveyed his conditions regarding the scope of authority if he takes on an important organizational role at Milan. The report stated that if he leaves the Austria National Team role after the World Cup, it is on the agenda for him to head the technical area in the Rossoneri structure. It was conveyed that Rangnick requested the authority to select the head coach, bring his own team, and especially to reorganize the scouting and youth-talent identification processes according to his own approach. It was stated that a positive atmosphere has developed between the parties after the talks, but no final decision has been made yet.
