The President of the Canada-Turkey Business Development Center (CTBDH) Association, Mr. Mehmet Ekizoğlu, and board members gathered at the Toronto Consulate General. The meeting was also attended by Yusuf Küçükhemek, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Konya Chamber of Industry, who evaluated the topics of business development and strengthening commercial relations between the two countries. This meeting is seen as a remarkable step in increasing the economic and commercial cooperation potential between Canada and Turkey. Joint projects, especially in the fields of industry and technology, are expected to be brought to the agenda. Canada's intention to expand cooperation with Turkey in the defense industry and other sectors continues to materialize through such meetings.
