Suspect detained in explosion targeting ICE and FBI buildings in New York
The FBI confirmed that an incendiary device exploded at Federal Plaza in New York and a suspect was taken into custody. US media reported that the blast was caused by fireworks or a flammable liquid and the suspect may be an anti-ICE protester carrying an airsoft rifle.
