Russia on Saturday reiterated its warning for foreign diplomats and other foreign nationals to leave Kyiv and refrain from traveling to Ukraine, threatening the Ukrainian capital with "massive" strikes.
"The Russian side had previously urged foreign nationals and diplomats in Kyiv to leave the city and refrain from visiting Ukraine," the Foreign Ministry said, adding that it noted "with concern that not everyone has heeded these warnings, and that individuals are knowingly exposing themselves to mortal danger."

“Massive retaliatory strikes”

"The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will continue to deliver massive retaliatory strikes," the ministry said. "Responsibility for any potential negative consequences rests entirely with those who ignore this warning."
Moscow has stepped up attacks on Kyiv in recent weeks, targeting key infrastructure; drone strikes forced the full or partial closure of three of the city’s six road bridges. Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry has said it received no notice from foreign embassies about evacuating or relocating staff.
