US measles cases hit highest level since 1991
According to Johns Hopkins University data, measles cases in the US have risen to their highest level in 35 years, with 2,295 cases reported as of July 21.
The number of measles cases recorded in the US this year has reached the highest level seen since 1991. Data from Johns Hopkins University's tracking system reveals the extent of the outbreak in the country.
As of July 21, the number of detected cases was recorded as 2,295. This figure has already surpassed the 2,289 cases reported in all of 2025.
The data showed that measles cases in the US have climbed to a 35-year high. The university's tracking system provides the most up-to-date data on the spread of the disease.
