It has been claimed that the Kings County Supreme Court in New York State ruled that Brooklyn Amity School must repay its credit debt.
According to shared information, the school took a $15.5 million loan from Bank Asya in 2011. After Bank Asya was transferred to the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) in 2015, the bank filed a lawsuit against the school for the loan receivables.
The decision is said to be dated June 1, 2026. The post suggests that the case concluded with the school being ordered to pay its debt.
