Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan hosted the leaders of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) at a state dinner in Ankara on Oct. 29, marking both the 103rd anniversary of the Republic and the bloc's 13th summit.
"I wholeheartedly believe that, as the Turkic world, we will walk toward our future together in full solidarity, mutual respect and brotherhood, and that we will strive to make the coming period, God willing, a Turkic century," Erdoğan said at the dinner in the Beştepe presidential complex.

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Turkish Cypriot President Tufan Erhürman attended. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who is not attending the summit, was represented by Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
Erdoğan called the organization a "family council" and said the Republic, "the common work and common future of 86 million people," continues to "run from success to success." U.S. President Donald Trump phoned Erdoğan during the dinner to wish the summit success.
During the evening, Japarov received the Supreme Order of the Turkic World, and former TÜRKSOY Secretary-General Düsen Kaseinov was given the 2026 Ali-Shir Nava'i International Award.

Earlier, the leaders opened the Turkic States Civilization Park in Beştepe, arriving in limousine versions of Türkiye's domestically produced TOGG T10X. They planted saplings, posed in front of replicas of the Orkhon Inscriptions and watched a flyover by the Turkish Stars aerobatic team.
The leaders' session of the summit is being held in Ankara on Oct. 30.
