Peskov says Russia-US-Ukraine talks could resume in October
Speaking in New Delhi, Peskov said negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine could resume in October and that they had not ruled out this possibility. He argued that Lithuania’s plan to lift its ban on nuclear weapons would pose a major danger to the country.
