The headquarters of the Federation of Turkish Associations in Canada (KTDF) has officially reopened following renovation work.
A ceremony was held to mark the reopening, attended by KTDF President Ali Demircan, members of the federation’s board, representatives of civil society organizations, members of the Turkish community, as well as federal and provincial lawmakers.
The event brought together representatives from different segments of the Turkish-Canadian community and highlighted the federation’s role in strengthening cooperation and communication among Turkish organizations in Canada.
Photos from the ceremony showed participants gathering outside the renovated headquarters for the official opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The reopening provides the federation with a renewed space for community activities, meetings and initiatives aimed at bringing members of the Turkish community together.
