The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) released the annual financial disclosure report of President Donald Trump, spanning 927 pages, and the report of Vice President JD Vance, covering 17 pages.
Trump's report
The report includes Trump's non-governmental positions and his roles as director and president in various companies.
The assets of his wife, Melania Trump, were also disclosed in the report. It detailed the royalties and net income from the book and film projects titled "Melania" as well as NFT sales.
The longest section of the report listed thousands of financial assets in Trump's different investment accounts. His portfolio included stocks in major companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet, Nvidia, Amazon, Tesla, and Meta, as well as numerous municipal and government bonds and exchange-traded funds.
In the tables, Trump's investment positions and the dividend, capital gains, and interest income from these investments were shown in broad value ranges rather than net amounts.
Vance's report
JD Vance's report detailed his earnings from his book, the firm Narya Capital he founded, and the Rise of the Rest Seed Fund where he served as a managing partner.
It also stated that Vance holds bitcoin assets valued between $250,000 and $500,000.
In the U.S., government officials with financial disclosure obligations, including the president and vice president, report their assets to the OGE.
