Vietnam has adopted a new program planned to be implemented by 2030 to expand its artificial intelligence workforce and strengthen digital transformation. Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau approved the National Artificial Intelligence Human Resources Development Program.
The program aims to train at least 10,000 qualified researchers, engineers and specialists capable of developing and managing artificial intelligence systems.
The plan also envisages training at least 50,000 people with undergraduate or higher levels of education who can use artificial intelligence in priority sectors. Developing these individuals' existing skills is also among the program's objectives.
