Bryan Walker and Michelle Min, the husband-and-wife founders of California women’s clothing brand Bryn Walker, were found dead with gunshot wounds outside their home in the Panoramic Hill area of the Oakland Hills, near the University of California, Berkeley, on Oct. 2. Walker was 61 and Min was 63.
The Oakland Police Department, which is leading the investigation, said a firearm was recovered at the scene. Police said they “have not ruled out a murder-suicide” and “are not looking for additional suspects.” The case remains under investigation.

Family describes financial losses
Paul Min, Michelle Min’s brother, told the Los Angeles Times that Walker had recently lost millions of dollars through risky financial decisions and had become increasingly depressed, adding that concerns about him had escalated in the days before the shooting.
