Şişecam establishes US company to expand sales
Şişecam has established a wholly owned company to expand its sales and marketing operations in the United States. The incorporation of Sisecam USA Trading Corporation was completed on August 13, 2026, with capital set at $100,000.
Şişecam, which aims to increase its sales in the US market, has established a new company for this purpose. A disclosure to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) said that the incorporation of Sisecam USA Trading Corporation was completed on August 13, 2026.
The company, which is wholly owned by Şişecam, has capital of $100,000. The new entity will operate in sales and marketing in the United States.
Through the company, Şişecam aims to increase its glass sales in the United States, particularly flat glass, acquire new customers and improve customer service.
