Aslıhan Moralı won the Miss Universe Canada 2026 competition while representing Ancaster, Ontario, earning the right to appear on the Miss Universe stage for Canada.
A life from Edremit to Hamilton
Born in Edremit, a district of Balıkesir, Moralı spent part of her childhood in Edremit and Antalya. She moved to Canada with her family at a young age, settled in Hamilton and has lived in Canada for approximately 23 years. She describes herself as Turkish-Canadian.
Professional life and support for education
Moralı continues her modeling career while also working in entrepreneurship, content creation and acting. She previously served as an administrative manager at McMaster Children’s Hospital before founding her own brand producing natural candles.
Moralı allocates part of her income to the education of girls in Türkiye. Through LEAP Global Voices, which she founded, she provides educational support to children in different countries.
Achievements in pageant competitions
Moralı earned her first major placement in beauty pageants in 2023, reaching the top 10 at Miss Universe Canada. In 2025, she represented Canada at Miss Supranational and won the Miss Congeniality award.
With her victory at Miss Universe Canada 2026, Moralı will take her story, which began in Türkiye and continued in Canada, to the world stage.
