Bershka, part of Inditex, has expanded its online operations in the United States with its first physical store in Miami. The brand, which focuses on young consumers, has opened the store at Aventura Mall.
Bershka’s move into physical retail in the United States follows the experience it gained through its online channel. The new store brings digital and in-person shopping together by offering online order pickup and returns, as well as assisted self-checkout solutions.
The presence of Zara and Massimo Dutti stores at Aventura Mall also allows Bershka to benefit from Inditex’s existing brand and operational ecosystem in the United States. The store’s location enables the brand to establish its physical presence in the country within this structure.

Bershka’s model measures consumer behavior through the online channel first, followed by investment in physical stores. This allows decisions on location, product range and investment to be shaped by more data, while demand generated through the digital channel becomes the next step toward physical expansion.
