TASC to hold U.S. citizenship workshops for Turkish community in seven cities
The Turkish American National Steering Committee (TASC) is launching a "Become a U.S. Citizen" training program in seven U.S. cities to guide Turkish community members through the naturalization process.
The Turkish American National Steering Committee (TASC) is launching a "Become a U.S. Citizen" training program to help members of the Turkish community in the United States navigate the naturalization process.
The workshops will be held in seven cities: Washington, D.C., New York, Boston, Miami, Chicago, Houston and Los Angeles. TASC said dates and details will be announced soon on its website, ourtasc.org.
Sessions will cover who is eligible to apply for U.S. citizenship, how to fill out Form N-400, how to open an online USCIS account, which documents are required, how to prepare for the citizenship interview and test, and common mistakes to avoid during the process.
