Turkish actor Boran Kuzum has returned to the United States to film the second season of Netflix's crime comedy "Big Mistakes," Turkish entertainment reporter Birsen Altuntaş reported. Kuzum, who plays Yusuf, arrived in recent weeks to join the production, and his part of the shoot is expected to wrap on Nov. 2, according to the report.
Created by Dan Levy and Rachel Sennott, the series follows two siblings who find themselves drawn into the world of organized crime after a botched robbery. Levy stars alongside Taylor Ortega, Laurie Metcalf and Elizabeth Perkins. The show films in New Jersey, including in Jersey City and Metuchen.

The eight-episode first season premiered on Netflix on April 9, 2026, and spent two weeks on the streamer's global top 10 list of English-language series. Netflix announced the renewal on May 13 during its upfront presentation in New York, along with a first-look television deal with Levy.
Turkish media have described Kuzum as the first Turkish actor in the main cast of a U.S.-made Netflix series.
