The Turkish House on Manhattan’s First Avenue hosted a meeting between Türkiye’s top diplomat at the United Nations, Ambassador Ahmet Yıldız, and Kyrgyzstan’s new Permanent Representative to the UN, Aiaz Baetov.
The two envoys discussed current issues on the UN agenda, Türkiye’s UN mission said.

Opened in 2021, the 35-story Turkish House is home to Türkiye’s Permanent Mission to the UN and its Consulate General in New York, serving as a hub for the Turkish community and for diplomatic contacts with countries such as fellow Organization of Turkic States member Kyrgyzstan.
