U.S. President Donald Trump said he believed the process with Iran had come to an end and discussed the possibility of a new military operation if no agreement was reached. Trump spoke at a Republican Party event in Florida ahead of the U.S. congressional midterm elections scheduled for November 3.
Trump said the remaining issues concerning Iran had also been addressed following the previous operation. Claiming that the United States had achieved significant successes against Iran, Trump said Iran’s nuclear capacity had been completely destroyed.
The U.S. president said this was an extremely important gain for Washington in preventing Iran from possessing nuclear weapons. Trump made the assessment while discussing Iran’s nuclear capacity.
Trump said in his speech, “Maybe we’ll conduct one more small ‘Epic Fury’ operation, or they’ll agree to the deal.” He thus said that a new operation could be conducted if no agreement was reached with Iran.

Trump speaks about Cuba
Referring to Florida’s proximity to Cuba, Trump said he wanted U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio to finalize a deal with Cuba.
Trump said they would also resolve the Cuba issue on his return from Iran. Claiming that Cuba would surrender after U.S. military ships made a brief stop near the island, Trump said one of the ships would anchor about 50 yards, or 45 meters, from the coast, after which Rubio would step in to finalize the deal.
